Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Greenbrier, TN is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time rotating 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am).

You will provide care in Skilled and Long Term Care units, administer medications including IVs, monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs. Competitive wages and sign-on bonus available; free uniforms and opportunities for advancement.

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
