Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Millersville, TN is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7 am–7 pm or 7 pm–7 am).

You will administer medications, monitor residents in our SNF and Long-Term Care units, document vital signs, educate families, coordinate with physicians, and supervise CNAs. TN LPN license required; sign-on bonus may be available.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and rotating schedule.
• Experience in SNF/Long Term Care is preferred.

Responsibilities
