Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. You will administer medications, including IVs, take vital signs, and provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.

You will educate residents and families, communicate with physicians and supervisors, and supervise CNAs. Tennessee LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
