Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our skilled nursing and long-term care units.

The role includes administering medications, including IVs, taking and recording vital signs, and providing resident care with outcome monitoring. You will educate residents and families and coordinate with physicians, NPs, and other health professionals, while supervising CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and LTC units.
