Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one private duty pediatric care in Monessen, PA. This full-time day-shift role supports a 13-year-old girl in a home setting.

You will work 1:1 with the child, perform ADLs, monitor vitals and seizures, and administer medications with a family-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor seizures.
