Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse
• Current CPR certification and emergency care training

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with direct routine care under nursing leadership
• Participate in Plan of Care development and modification
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status to the RN
• Supervise tasks of unlicensed staff and escalate as needed
