Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minnesota to provide direct routine care to residents under nursing leadership. You will participate in developing and modifying the Plan of Care and perform delegated interventions while reporting changes to the RN or physician.

Responsibilities include collecting health data, guiding unlicensed staff, and ensuring residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Minnesota Board of Nursing approved professional nursing education program.
• Current Minnesota License as a Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification and emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with direct routine care under the supervision of nursing leadership.
• Collect resident health data and report changes to the RN or physician.
• Assign and monitor nursing tasks to unlicensed nursing staff based on knowledge and capabilities.
• Support residents’ highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
