The LPN collects health data, reports changes to the RN, and supervises nursing tasks by unlicensed staff to support residents' well-being and independence. Full-time role includes a $4,500 sign-on bonus and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
