Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks an LPN to provide high‑quality direct care under nursing leadership. You will participate in care plans, implement delegated interventions, and monitor residents’ health data with ongoing reporting to the RN.

You will supervise unlicensed staff, assigning tasks, clarifying expectations, and escalating when necessary to ensure residents achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.

Responsibilities

• The LPN provides residents with direct routine care under supervision of nursing leadership.
• Collects resident health data and reports changes to the RN.
• Assigns and monitors nursing tasks for unlicensed staff and escalates as needed.
• Performs nursing activities to support residents’ well‑being.
