You will also supervise unlicensed staff and support residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Qualified candidates hold a Minnesota Practical Nurse license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Practical Nurse license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with high-quality direct routine care under nursing leadership.
• Contribute to and implement the Plan of Care as directed by RN or physician.
• Collect health data and report changes to the RN.
• Supervise and coordinate tasks for unlicensed nursing staff as needed.
