Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Illinois IDFPR.
• BLS within 30 days as required.
• LPN with >1 year of experience in clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and IV piggybacks as prescribed.
• Chart assessments and participate in care planning with RN.
• Assist with dressing changes and trach care as needed.
• Communicate with physicians/APPs to coordinate orders and care.
