Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license/registration required.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• College diploma: Licensed Practical Nurse (Required).
• Work experience: LPN >1yr.

Responsibilities

• Passes all medications, hangs IV piggybacks and fluids (excluding IV Push meds).
• Charts assessments on assigned patients after RN initial assessment.
• Assist with care plans opened by RN and coordinate with physicians/APPs.
• Perform trach care, NG tube care and feedings, ostomy care and discharge education.
