Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Passes all medications and administers IV piggybacks and fluids.
• Charts assessments and care plans after the RN initiated the initial assessment.
• Provide trach care, NG tube care, ostomy care, and dressing changes.
• Coordinate with physicians/APPs for orders and patient education.
