Job summary
Wellpath seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time dayshift in the Nursing department. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, administer medications, and participate in treatment plans in a supportive, correctional healthcare setting.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Under RN supervision, assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions, contributing to treatment planning.
- Implements treatment programs, administers medications, and performs diagnostics as directed.
- Collaborates in controlled substance counts and responds to health emergencies.
- Assists in procedures and documents nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
- Attends mandatory staff meetings and training for continuous professional development.
