Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN to join our nursing team in the United States. Under RN supervision, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications (including IV therapy if certified), and contribute to individualized care plans.

Formación

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment; CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions in Health Care Unit and housing units, contributing to treatment planning.
• Implements treatment programs, administers medications (including IV therapy if certified), and performs diagnostic tests per protocols.
• Collaborates in controlled substance counts and responds to codes or health emergencies within standard guidelines.
• Assists in medical procedures, implements nutrition and therapeutic diets, and documents nursing encounters using SOAP charting.
