Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Active LPN license in state of employment (Georgia).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Administer medications and perform routine nursing tasks as directed.
• Document nursing encounters and communicate with staff and physicians.
• Participate in mandatory staff meetings and training.
