Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Complete resident assessments.
• Accurately document care and clinical observations.
• Monitor changes and communicate with physicians and the care team.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
