Job summary

The Greens at Spruce Pine in Spruce Pine, NC, is seeking compassionate LPNs to join our skilled nursing team. As an LPN on the day shift, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and complete resident assessments in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Completing resident assessments.
• Accurately documenting care and clinical observations.
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervising and supporting CNAs.
• Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Education

Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN License
