Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Complete resident assessments and document care and observations.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with physicians and the care team.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care.
• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes comfort and dignity.
