As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care by:
Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments
Completing resident assessments
Accurately documenting care and clinical observations
Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Delivering compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN License
Current CPR Certification
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required
