Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Full-Time Day Shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends. Earn an $8,000 sign-on bonus and take advantage of competitive pay and benefits.

You will administer medications, perform assessments, provide wound care, supervise CNAs, document care, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality resident care. North Carolina LPN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and compassionate
• Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and resident care plans
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor changes in resident condition
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing treatments
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supervise and support CNAs
• Communicate with physicians, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Help create a positive and supportive environment for residents and coworkers
