Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments.
• Completing resident assessments.
• Accurately documenting care and clinical observations.
• Monitoring changes in resident condition and communicating with physicians and the care team.
• Supervising and supporting CNAs.
• Delivering resident-centered care that promotes comfort and quality of life.
