Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle busy shifts.
• Ability to stand, walk long periods, and lift as needed.
• Must maintain current LPN license and CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assess residents on admission and ongoing basis.
• Communicate significant changes in condition to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• Document all assessments accurately and timely.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and with patient education as needed.
• Participate in care planning and implement nursing interventions per plan.
