Job summary

Bethesda Health Group in Kirkwood, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time night shift (10:45pm–7:15am). You will provide nursing care, assess residents, participate in care planning, administer medications, and document care with accuracy.

Qualifications

Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
CPR and AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months
IV certification required, or willing to obtain within six months
Long-term care experience preferred
Ability to assess geriatric care needs and communicate with IDT

Responsibilities

Provide basic nursing care and assess residents on admission and ongoing
Document assessments accurately and update care plans with the IDT
Administer medications and treatments safely and timely
Respond to changes in residents' condition using SBAR and escalate appropriately
Assist with IV therapy if IV certified and perform required documentation
