Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing interventions including medications and treatments safely.
• Administer IV fluids only if IV certified and notify physician using SBARR.
• Monitor residents closely to ensure care plan delivery and quality.
• Complete continuing education hours and stay current with Bethesda policies.
