Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide basic nursing care for residents in Missouri. You will assess on admission and ongoing, document findings, and participate in care planning with an interdisciplinary team.

The role includes administering medications, following SBARR communication, and ensuring timely interventions while maintaining safety and quality care. Certification and IV skills are required or pursued within six months.

Qualifications

• Education from an accredited nursing program resulting in LPN licensure.
• Current LPN license in the state of employment (Missouri).
• CPR and AED certification required or obtainable within six months.
• IV certification required or obtainable within six months.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assess residents on admission and ongoing.
• Communicate significant changes to the IDT and care team.
• Document assessments accurately and timely.
• Participate in care planning and update plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and timely.
• Complete required electronic and written documentation.
