Bethesda Health Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing care in a long-term care setting in Kirkwood, MO. You will assess residents, communicate with the IDT and families, and implement care plans with a focus on safe medication administration and timely interventions.

The role requires current LPN licensure, CPR/AED and IV certification (or willingness to obtain within six months), and prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Formación

• Must have active LPN license in the state of employment.
• CPR and AED certification required or obtainable within six months.
• IV certification required or obtainable within six months.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Stand/walk for long periods; lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic nursing care and assist in resident assessments.
• Communicate changes to the IDT and residents' families.
• Document assessments accurately and timely.
• Implement care plans and nursing interventions per orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely; IV meds if certified.
• Maintain documentation and comply with policy, SBARR for communication.
