Strayer Group is seeking an adjunct Clinical Faculty member to supervise and educate pre-licensure LPN students in online and on-site clinical experiences. The role combines direct supervision at hospital sites with online didactic teaching and evaluation of clinical performance.

The position is non-tenure track and requires travel to clinical sites as needed. An active RN license is required, with a DC license to be obtained after hire. Starting pay is $45.00/hour, with benefits listed below.

Formación

• Must hold a BSN from an accredited program and an active RN license.
• Minimum of two years of recent clinical nursing experience; acute care preferred.
• Experience teaching or supervising pre-licensure nursing students, online or hybrid education.
• Current clinical practice in a hospital or comparable setting.
• Will require a Washington DC license upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct, on-site clinical supervision of pre-licensure LPN students at assigned facilities.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based nursing practice aligned with course objectives and regulatory standards.
• Orient students to clinical site policies, procedures, and professional expectations.
• Supervise and evaluate students' clinical skills, critical thinking, and patient care.
• Collaborate with Clinical Coordinator and LPN Program Director to ensure consistent instruction and compliance.
