Job summary

Strategic Education, Inc. seeks an adjunct Clinical Faculty member to supervise pre-licensure LPN students in clinical sites and provide online instruction. The role includes evaluating clinical performance and collaborating with program leadership and clinical partners to maintain high-quality learning experiences.

The position is adjunct and non-tenure track; instruction occurs in person at hospital sites and online for didactic components. Some travel and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven competence in clinical nursing practices.
• Basic computer proficiency; able to use LMS and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, on-site clinical supervision of pre-licensure LPN students at hospital/healthcare facilities.
• Ensure safe, evidence-based nursing practice by students per course objectives and regulatory standards.
• Orient students to clinical sites, policies, procedures, and professional conduct expectations.
• Supervise and evaluate students’ clinical skills, critical thinking, documentation, and patient care.
• Intervene to ensure patient safety and student learning.
• Collaborate with Clinical Coordinator and LPN Program Director to ensure consistent instruction and compliance across sites.
