Job summary

Azalea Health & Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission-driven, non-profit organization in Georgia. The role supports residents’ well-being on a 7a-7p or 7p-7a shift with starting pay of $28.49–$31.40/hour and weekly pay.

You'll work closely with RNs, CNAs and an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care, supervise CNAs, and ensure timely documentation while following care plans and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility.
• Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with policies.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
