Job summary

Ansley Park Health & Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia for a part-time role. Starting pay ranges from $28.35 to $31.50 per hour with shift differentials evenings, nights, and weekends. Weekly pay and management add-on pay are available.

• Active LPN license (GA or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
