Job summary

Oakview Health & Rehab in Summerville, GA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. You will deliver high-quality clinical care and work closely with RNs, CNAs, and other staff.

We offer competitive pay from $30.40 to $33.57 per hour, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, a 401(k) match, and PTO with holiday pay. Prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligible.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and teammates.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
