Job summary

Chaplinwood Health & Rehab in Milledgeville, GA is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse to join our caring team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct, person-centered nursing care in collaboration with RNs and CNAs.

We offer pay from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia LPN license or eligible.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
