Azalea Health & Rehab is seeking a Part-Time LPN in Georgia to administer medications and provide direct nursing care within established care plans. You will monitor residents’ conditions, supervise CNAs, and maintain precise documentation in a mission-driven, non-profit environment.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
