Job summary

Autumn Lane Health & Rehab in Georgia seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality clinical care to residents. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

You’ll administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor residents, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with clinical policies. Georgia LPN licensure or eligibility is required; evening, night, and weekend shifts may include

• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
