Job summary

Wynfield Park Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an LPN for the night shift. As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will deliver high-quality care and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team.

Starting pay is $25.75 to $29/hour with shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license for the State of Georgia or be eligible
• Compassionate, high-quality care delivery
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Your Impact as an LPN
