Job summary

Autumn Lane Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality clinical care and ensure the well-being of residents. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN
