Job summary

Oxley Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct nursing care within care plans, while supervising CNAs and maintaining thorough documentation.

Starting pay ranges from $25.75 to $29 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and a supportive leadership culture focused on growth and compassion.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (GA or eligible).
• Compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
