Job summary

Autumn Lane Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our mission-driven, non-profit center, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care alongside RNs and CNAs.

You will administer medications, monitor conditions, document accurately, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with policies while contributing to a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
