Job summary

Chelsey Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a valued team setting. This full-time role offers strong leadership, support, and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven nonprofit environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
