Job summary

Winthrop Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You'll administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

We offer competitive hourly pay from $30.40 to $33.57, shift differentials, weekly pay, and benefits including myFlexPay, 401(k) with match, and health/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (Georgia or eligible).
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
• Ability to work with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
