As a Vitality Living LPN Charge Nurse, you will impact lives by:

• Administering or assisting residents to self-administer medications and treatments
• Collecting, storing, and ensuring transport of specimens for laboratory studies
• Communicating with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms
• Ensuring physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data are scanned and filed in resident charts
• Assisting in the development and revision of service plans, and informing the Wellness Director of resident needs and successful service approaches
• Performing other duties as directed by Wellness Director

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Meet state or provincial health-related requirements
• Maintain current professional license and CPR certification if currently LPN/LVN
• Maintain any other certifications as required by state or provincial regulations
