We are looking for a passionate RN or LPN for a school nursing assignment in North Royalton, serving a 12-year-old client. The schedule is from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with some night shifts that need coverage.

We are an independently owned and operated home health agency seeking enthusiastic team members.

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform and maintain care as defined by the client’s individual plan within Ohio medical practice scope
  • Administer medications following physician orders
  • Monitor patient’s condition and notify the Director of Nursing and physician of any changes
  • Provide nursing care with compassion and excellent assessment skills
  • Maintain clinical records compliant with laws
  • Counsel clients and families to meet nursing and related needs

Our service area is Northeast Ohio, requiring:

  • Active and unrestricted RN or LPN license in Ohio
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with at least one year of clinical experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation with up to 20-30 minutes travel time; valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required
  • Drug-free workplace and employees
  • Clean background check and fingerprinting per state and federal requirements

Job Details:
