As a Vitality Living LPN Charge Nurse, you will impact lives by:

1. Administering or assisting residents to self-administer medications and treatments
2. Collecting, storing, and ensuring transport of specimens for laboratory studies
3. Communicating with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms
4. Ensuring physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data are scanned and filed in resident charts
5. Assisting in the development and revision of service plans, and informing the Wellness Director of resident needs and preferences
6. Performing other duties as directed by the Wellness Director
