Requirements

• Valid license/certification in KY (compact license a plus)
• Minimum 1 year of long-term health care experience
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Experience with documentation/charting preferred
• Physical ability to perform job duties
