Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate charge nurse (RN or LPN) to supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves coordinating resident care and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
  2. Guide nursing staff, including CNAs and other healthcare personnel.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  4. Monitor resident conditions and document changes.
  5. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
  6. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  7. Respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions.
  8. Maintain accurate documentation of nursing services.
  9. Promote a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications
  • Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
