The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for overseeing the clinical care and daily nursing operations of the assigned care area during the overnight shift. Working on our Memory Care Village, this position plays an important role in supporting residents with dementia and other cognitive needs while providing leadership, guidance, and support to CNAs and other nursing staff.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves as a clinical resource, responds to changes in resident condition, coordinates care, and promotes a safe, respectful, and consistent environment for residents and staff. This position works independently during the overnight hours while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
