We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse on the overnight shift on Freedom Bay, our Memory Care Village. In this role, you’ll provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team while helping ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centered care throughout the night.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing the clinical care and daily nursing operations of the assigned care area during the overnight shift. Working on our Memory Care Village, this position plays an important role in supporting residents with dementia and other cognitive needs while providing leadership, guidance, and support to CNAs and other nursing staff.
The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a clinical resource, responds to changes in resident condition, coordinates care, and promotes a safe, respectful, and consistent environment for residents and staff. This position works independently during the overnight hours while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
