Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an LPN for full-time night shifts. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the care team to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and ensure compliance with policies.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :
