Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN for evening shifts to deliver patient-centered nursing care with a supportive team. You will work with RNs and CNAs, administer meds, monitor residents, and document care in a collaborative setting.

We offer competitive pay from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, with evening, night, and weekend differentials, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. Join a Great Place to Work Certified organization.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
